LogistiCare is one of the country's largest providers of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation and provides transportation to our member's health care providers.
Our Customer Service Representatives work in a call center environment and are a lifeline to our members on their road to better health.
The Customer Service Representative will:
- Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns
- Schedule, modify and cancel reservations as requested
- Receive and document customer concerns
- High school diploma/GED
- Great customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
*Six months to one year prior contact center experience and/or prior customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry strongly preferred. We offer 2-3-weeks paid and remote training period
*After the training, the job is on-site

*$12.50/hr (monolingual), $13.00/hr (bilingual), extra $0.50 for the after hours shift. FT permanent position
