*About the Team* The Equity Team operates at the intersection of Accounting, HR, and Legal, which gives us a unique opportunity to create value across the organization.  We are in an exciting period of growth, working to strengthen the framework to operate equity programs at scale for one of the fastest growing marketplace companies. *About the Role* The Global Equity Team is looking for an Education & Communications Manager to support strategic initiatives critical in maintaining a compliant and effective equity program.  You will play a key role in rolling out world class equity education programs, designed to prepare employees and enhance their experience. You will report into the Director of Global Equity Programs on our Equity team in our Accounting organization. *You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…* * Build a world class equity education program, designed to inform employees at all levels* Maintain an equity education and communication calendar designed to increase employee knowledge and understanding* Deliver modern and effective employee education sessions, including quarterly tax and a new hire university* Review and enhance existing employee communications, utilizing new methods to communicate more effectively* Work with HR Business Partners to understand global equity needs * Manage external partners and education vendors to enhance education offerings* Establish and lead an equity office hour program and internal equity Slack channel that supports DoorDash employees across the globe* Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on the development of, or changes to, equity programs* Own and enhance the Equity Wiki to create a one-stop resource for employees *We’re excited about you because…* * You have 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration* You can distill complex concepts into simple, easy to understand written and verbal communications* You have a strong track record of public speaking and excel at presenting* You’re comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels* You have a strong disposition toward empathy and foster equity participant support* You have the ability to work both independently and with a team/business partners* You are capable of identifying and resolving issues* Deep knowledge of global mobility equity taxation and stock administration * You have strong Google suite, Confluence, and Slack working knowledge* CEP certification is preferred* You thrive in a fast paced environment *About DoorDash* At DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to merchant partners to consumers.
