I am writing to express my interest in your current opening for a phlebotomist. Please accept my resume for your consideration. I have recently re-focused my career into healthcare, more specifically, Phlebotomy, and I am certain I would make a valuable addition to your organization.

The job posting stated that experience was necessary, and I have two years of experience as a phlebotomist. I am currently working for CPL microbiology department and perform blood draws for employees and also work for exception handling.  I make it a priority to make patients feel comfortable during procedures.

I also have an excellent record of maintaining accurate specimens and records. Additionally, I have always strived to follow all regulations and recommendations in order to keep myself and others protected from possible pathogens.

I believe that I would be a great addition to your company. Thank you for reviewing my resume and considering me for this role. I am prepared to tell you more about my experience when we meet for an interview.
