I’m currently the operations manager and event lead/company representative for a local catering company located in Austin, Texas. I’m responsible for various tasks including site visits and open houses, customer support, creating lasting relationships with all clients, purchasing of all food and inventory, menu development, week-of cooking and prep, deliveries, rental arrangements and processing, staff assignments sheets, maintaining weekly inventory, leading teams of up to 20 employees, being point of contact for various events/weddings, and many more.  I’ve been in the catering and wedding industry for many years and have developed a strong love and respect for the grind. I strive to ensure complete satisfaction on both ends and will go above and beyond to ensure a memorable and proper experience for both the client and the employer.
