I have gained customer service experience from many sources ranging from working in a university department office, retail, tourism and entertainment venues. I am a recent graduate of the Pubic History program at Texas State University. While a graduate student, my studies focused on local and community history, historic preservation, museum management, exhibit design and archival management.
