• CARPENTRY WORK : repair walls, ceilings, floors, siding, furniture, cabinets, doors, trim, etc. • DRYWALL WORK : Tape, float, and texture of sheet rock and applies spray and roll texture. • PAINTING : latex, oil base, varnish, sealers, on walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, equipment, etc. • OPERATE POWER TOOLS : drills, circular saws, buffers, grinders, sanders, radial arm saws, table saws, pneumatic nail guns, etc. • USE INDUSTRY TOOLS : Measure and layout using measuring tape, level, squares, string line, laser level, and transit. • INSPECT buildings, structures, and RECORD data on appropriate forms, logs, and I-Pads, Desktop computers, etc.
