Hello, I have been working in the Maintenance and contracting industry for 10 years being a self contractor I have a very wide rage of skill sets that would be very useful in this position to I am applying for. Please review list of task and tools that I am knowledgeable of.

• CARPENTRY WORK : repair walls, ceilings, floors, siding, furniture, cabinets, doors, trim, etc. • DRYWALL WORK : Tape, float, and texture of sheet rock and applies spray and roll texture. • PAINTING : latex, oil base, varnish, sealers, on walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, equipment, etc. • OPERATE POWER TOOLS : drills, circular saws, buffers, grinders, sanders, radial arm saws, table saws, pneumatic nail guns, etc. • USE INDUSTRY TOOLS : Measure and layout using measuring tape, level, squares, string line, laser level, and transit. • INSPECT buildings, structures, and RECORD data on appropriate forms, logs, and I-Pads, Desktop computers, etc.
: Maintain logs in boiler and electrical room
: Sheetrock repairs in room as needed
: Painting as needed
: Tile and grout work as needed
: Maintenance on pool areas
And any or all task that is requested by Supervisor.
