Staffmark is seeking Full time Customer Service Reps to provide support for a manage services company in North Austin. You will need to have strong communication skills and have prior customer service and call center experience.
Flexible between the time of 7a-10p
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding general client concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients
- Data entry
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service and/or call center experience
- Tech savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent listening skills.
