I have been dancing for 14 years, and have experience in teaching and choreographing. I am eager to learn any aspect of dance that I can. I am passionate about teaching because I love to see people getting excited about learning, and growing in their craft. I love finding new and inventive ways to help people towards their goals. This particularly relates to dance. I believe dance can change the world. The community built through dancing, teaching, experiencing dance, and creating can be a powerful thing. I love seeing how dance changes people in their confidence, energy, and spirit.

I am a dedicated college student pursuing a B.F.A. in dance with emphasis in performance at the University of Texas at Austin. Previously having been a member of Collin College’s dance ensemble, I have learned how to work closely with other, share ideas, and diffuse stressful situations. I have honed great organizational skills through my schooling and past jobs. I plan to further pursue and develop these skills while being open to new experiences and learning development as well.
