I am a chef from Brighton, a gastronomic city on the South coast of England.
I will be traveling to Texas in September to coincide with the change of seasons from summer to fall and am looking for meaningful employment in an innovative restaurant.
I have been trained to a very high standard in European cuisine with particular skills in classic, British, French and contemporary Italian techniques. I am a quick learner, my work ethic is strong, very dedicated and consistent.
